Sustainability Policy

​

All products of Lily & Daisy are handmade with love. The flowers are grown from my home garden and pressed before delicately placed in resin. Any jewellery findings or materials not crafted in my studio are sourced from ethically sourced New Zealand jewellers with sustainability in mind.

 

When packing orders we aim to reduce waste by using recycled bubble wrap and other materials. In addition we use R3 Pack 100% recycled postage bags to help create a circular economy by recycling wastes created when operating a business.

At Lily & Daisy we value our sustainability and want to play our role in protecting the environment. Therefore, our jewellery pieces are made to order to reduce commercialism and any excessive waste.  As such, our pieces are unique to one another with no two pieces being the same.

Shipping Policy

 

Please expect 5-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. This is due to the nature of my work, involving handpicking the flowers, drying them, and then creating the pieces. If orders are required before this time frame, please let me know.  Depending on stock levels, urgent orders may be possible to be sent off earlier.

Items purchased via bank transfer will only be created and dispatched once payment has been received.

Product Care

​

To protect the resin and maintain the quality of our jewellery, it is recommend to remove all items before swimming, or showering. Your jewellery should be stored in a safe place out of direct sunlight.

 

Be cautious when wearing our products, avoid contact with any chemical, hair or face products. Every so often, it is recommended to wipe down the resin with a clean dry cloth to remove any residue on the resin to maintain it’s clarity.
